**Foods to Increase Milk Production:**
1. **Oatmeal:** It's not just delicious but also helps boost milk supply. Our founder, Tyler, says she LIVED off oatmeal during her stay at the hospital with her babies.
2. **Leafy Greens:** Spinach, and other not gassy greens are rich in nutrients vital for lactation.
3. **Whole Grains:** Brown rice, quinoa, and whole wheat bread provide sustained energy.
4. **Proteins:** Chicken, turkey, tofu, and nut butters are excellent sources of protein.
5. **Healthy Fats:** Avocado, nuts, and seeds (like flaxseed and chia seeds) support hormone production. TAHINI IS THE HOLLY GRAIL WHILE BREASTFEEDING, we all swear by it here at the preg diary’s so eat up ladies!
**Foods to Avoid or Limit:**
1. **Caffeine:** SRY tired mamas, but high intake can make babies fussy; limit to 1-2 cups of coffee a day.

3. **Gas-Inducing Vegetables:** Broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage can make babies gassy.
HAVING SAID THAT, ALL babies are different some can take everything while others may be super sensitive.
